Jeanine Ann King 1935–2020 Big Fork—Jeanine Ann King, at the age of 84 years young, was called by our Lord to come home to the room He had prepared for her on November 25th, 2020. She first heard His voice on January 26th, 1935 when she was welcomed into this world and earthly family in Faribault, MN. Now she is welcomed into her heavenly family with an incredible reunion with her parents, Martin and June Kenow; her sisters, Martha and Rosemary Kenow (Schmidt); and grandson, Patrick King. While we all rejoice in her heavenly homecoming, we will mourn and will miss her here on earth. She was the matriarch of the King family and a loyal housewife. She left this world in the loving embrace of her husband of 68 years, Jerry King of Faribault. Together, they traveled and lived across the world, finally settling in Big Fork, Minnesota; where she took one final walk Home. She will be missed greatly by Jerry, and by her sister Sylvia (Daryl Simonson) of Brooklyn Park, MN, and her children Julie (Mike Swecker) of Lakeville, MN, Jeff (Janie nee Dennis) of Farmington,MN, James (Jeannine nee Grogan) of Red Wing, MN, and Jannelle (Byron Olson) of Billings, MT. Countless other family and friends will mourn her loss, including 8 grandchildren: 9 great-grandchildren, along with many loving nieces and nephews. Following the current pandemic, funeral arrangements will be finalized at Hosanna Lutheran Church in Lakeville, MN. The family requests floral arrangements to be sent to the Big Fork hospital where she worked as a CNA helping to care for her mother, or memorial donations to St Jude's and/or Grace Community Church in Big Fork, MN. The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me besides the still waters. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell i n the house of the Lord for ever. -Psalm 23 We all prayerfully look forward to an incredible feast around a heavenly table with our family and friends! God is Good! All the Time!
